It looks like TheGammaSqueeze has got a version of Android 13 working on the TrimUI Smart Pro which I might try out: GammaOS Core is a minimal version of Android 13 TV (based on LineageOS) suited for low powered devices with chipsets such as the Rockchip RK3566 and with no touchscreen required.

Emulation is the process of replicating the functions of a system on another system. This is usually done in two ways in gaming:
- Hardware emulation (e.g. FPGA)
- Software emulation (e.g. Gambatte for Game Boy or Snes9x for SNES)
The goal of both is to let you play games from other systems on devices that aren’t the originals. There are some grey areas around this and it’s always advised to own games before you try to emulate them elsewhere.
Analogue dropped a new line of Analogue Pockets made of aluminium. They’re “highly limited” in quantity and they cost $499.99 each. If that’s your kinda thing, get ’em while they’re available.
