Ah, 1998. The year France won the World Cup, President Bill Clinton was impeached, Titanic became the greatest movie of all time, and Harrison Ford was named People’s Sexiest Man Alive by People Magazine. What a time to be alive. But amongst all those iconic pop culture moments were iconic gaming moments and HeavynSent looked at a few of them in his video retrospective.
There was a lot to enjoy in 1998 with games like Starcraft, Half Life, Spyro, Metal Gear Solid… the list goes on. It was a healthy year for anyone with a home console or PC as the number of top tier games coming out for the consoles was outstanding. And if you were in Japan, you even got the Dreamcast in November of that year. We were eating good.
