Yep, I’m back with yet another minified home console and this one, by Secret Hobbyist, claims to be the world’s smallest PS1 with a recreated motherboard to fit. It’s the first chapter of a redesign series (including the world’s first PlayStation hybrid) and shows the initial steps to make everything fit to such a small form factor whilst maintaining performance. As you might expect, the main trick is to have components on the top and bottom and as you can see from the thumbnail, it can fit in the palm of your hand.
