Jonas Neubauer, the 7-time Classic Tetris World Champion and one of the greatest Tetris players of all time, has passed away from a “sudden medical emergency”.
The news came from Neubauer’s Twitter account:
I came to know about Neubauer when I found video for the 2016 Classic Tetris World Championship on YouTube. He was loved by so many in the community and it’s a great loss to his friends and family.
