“Cocky little freaks!” is a phrase spoken by an unnamed pilot of the Shogun, in Star Fox 64. In the game, he himself has a cocky demeanour and a short temper. When hit, he shouts the infamous phrase “cocky little freaks!” and, after more hits, he says “You’re making me mad!”
The Shogun pilot also features in Star Fox 64 3D for the 3DS and Star Fox Zero for the Wii U.
