I wrote about a Tamagotchi restoration yesterday and now here’s the CD-ROM version from 1997, courtesy of LGR. While the concept seemed interesting, the software didn’t perform nearly as well as the hardware on its own and it looked quite clunky and the opposite of what the portable version was supposed to be.
But if you have a Windows 95 PC lying around and can grab a copy from somewhere, it’s worth a try just to experience it for yourself.
