No Dynamax for Pokémon Sword/Shield VGC Series 10 (but Restricted Pokémon are back!)

I predicted a ban list but not that kind of banning. It’ll run 1st August to 21st October.

Update: Lee ‘Osirus’ Provost made a video discussing the ruleset along with his thoughts. I forgot about Zacian. Do not want!
