The Gamer compiled a list of their 10 most historically important JRPGs. I’ve not played the top 5 so I can’t comment. In fact, I’ve only played 2 from the list and you can probably guess what they are.

Square Enix is a prominent video game developer and publisher known for creating popular franchises such as Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, and Kingdom Hearts. The company was created when Square Co. and Enix Corporation merged in 2003. Since then, the company has released a phenomenal number of games over the years, with many receiving wide critical acclaim.
Square Enix has launched a line of pet apparel called SQEX PETs. It’s Japan only but my favourite has to be the Slime dog bed.
