The Scratch Cat Pokémon is lamenting at a Japanese eatery, interspersed with gameplay footage of Pokémon Yellow and something special—the ability to hook your Yellow cart to your copy of Pokémon Stadium via the N64 Transfer Pak to get a special Surfing Pikachu which you can then transfer back to Yellow to play the special Surfing Pikachu game.
