Lenovo officially announced the Legion Go 2 and whew, it's a lot of money

After many months of speculation and impatience from fans, Lenovo has finally announced the Legion Go 2. As a direct sequel to the Legion Go, this will be its new flagship handheld device and with it comes improved tech specs:

Yes, those are the correct prices (I can’t find any UK prices yet so I’ll update those when they’re released). It’s understandable that the Legion Go 2 would cost more than the Legion Go given the upgrade to every component but that’s a helluva lot to spend on a handheld.

The “just get a Steam Deck” meme is still prevalent because of its cost and ease of purchase and I think a lot of people are gonna wait until there are sales before taking the plunge.

But if you don’t feel like you’ll ever be able to afford one and think the other Legion Go models will suit your gaming needs without the desire to futureproof, Legion Go’s and Legion Go S’s are still available and regularly go on sale at sub-£/$600 price points. I’m not trying to dissuade anyone from buying this but money’s tight!

Some people have already reviewed the device so I’ll list them below and you can take them as gospel or with a pinch of salt before/after you grab one whenever it comes out (again, I’ll update that too).
