Speedrunning Super Mario 64 in 7 minutes

TASBot goes wild on a Super Mario for your amusement and Games Done Quick.

I’ve seen videos of world records in Super Mario 64 before but this 7-minute run knocked my socks off.

For Games Done Quick (GDQ), TASBot ran through Super Mario in the “Shindou” form, which corrected most issues with the game including the infamous backwards long jump (BLJ). But how do you finish the game in under 10 minutes only collecting one star? I won’t spoil it but it involves bouncing off the walls.

It’s incredible, trippy and lots of fun to watch.
