Microsoft entered the gaming console market much later than the likes of Sega, Nintendo, and even Apple but they’ve managed to carve a way into the market albeit with some terrible mistakes along the way. The Gaming Historian had a look at the 3 biggest mistakes in their short gaming history.
I won’t list all the mistakes but whew, that Xbox 360 life cycle was fraught with mismanagement and purely desire to sell units at the expense of customer satisfaction. But it didn’t ruin Microsoft because how could it when it’s Microsoft.
