Star Fox – Christmas 2023 is a ROM hack of Star Fox for the SNES that adds some Christmas theming to the training level and all three levels of Corneria (and you get to see Slippy in a Santa hat). I can’t link to it but if you Google it or look in a certain “plaza”, I’m sure you’ll find it.

Final Fantasy Tactics’s director Yasumi Matsuno tweeted some early images of what the game nearly looked like and explained that it was supposed to be an RTS game, much like Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen (via Time Extension)
